For passionate young actors aged 13-18 who want to gain experience in staging a scripted piece of theatre.
Each year, Connections commissions a selection of brand-new plays for young people to perform, pairing some of the UK’s most exciting writers with the theatre-makers of tomorrow.
Under the guidance of an experienced director, The Theatre Company will work on creating a performance of Cloud Busting for National Theatre Connections Festival in April 2026.
It will be performed on stage as a home performance at The Workshop, King’s Lynn and a partner performance at The Garage, Norwich!

Due to our upcoming relocation, we will be holding the next term of rehearsals at Discovery Centre in North Lynn which is located at Columbia Way, King’s Lynn, Norfolk PE30 2LA, approximately a 6 minute drive from The Workshop.
Tech/Dress Rehearsals will be on 8 April 2026, and your performance day is 9 April 2026.
Family, friends and anyone that wishes to watch can purchase ticket’s via what’s on page.

Your Partner Performance will be on Saturday 18 April, located at our sister site The Garage, Norwich.
You will need to make your own way to The Garage, located at 14 Chapel Field North Norwich, NR2 1NY.
- There is a direct bus route to Norwich Bus Station with Excel, and The Garage is approximately 10 minutes walk away.

Theatre company membership fees
Successful students will be subscribed to a membership of automatic monthly charges, covering all participatory fees including: Sessions, rehearsals, tech/dress days and performances.
There is an initial deposit fee of £85.00, followed by 7 monthly instalments of £85.00 across 1 October 2025 – 1 April 2026.
